When your Party Bus Seattle travels bring you to the Brighton area, the very best Mexican food in town can be found at Huarachito's Cocina Mexicana. They are very authentic and not the kind of place that smothers everything in pounds of cheese, and we just love the fresh flavors that are imparted to every single dish. The pollo asada that's made with an entire half chicken is absolutely wonderful for sharing. The cochinita pibil is also really fantastic and we're just obsessed with their mole sauce! There is indeed a full bar here, but they are not open too late, so get there early!

Rainier Restaurant & BBQ is always a good one for anyone traveling with Party Bus Seattle in the Brighton area who really loves great Vietnamese food. There are so many amazing things to dive into on this menu. The ong choy salad is an excellent starter. The com tam bi suong cha is always a great choice if you love expertly barbecued meat and rice. If you love unusual meats, you'll adore their selection, as they've got alligator, goat, cobra, and frog, and that's just for starters! When it comes to dessert, the free mango pudding is essential!

Altaye Ethiopian Restaurant is an affordable and amazing place to dine with all of your good Party Bus Seattle friends in Brighton. It's not a large space, so you will want to call ahead to make sure that they can handle the size Party Bus Seattle group that you're traveling with, but generally they have been able to accommodate most of our parties. The injera is made from scratch and they have incredible ginger tea that will get your tummy all warmed up for the delicious food that's to follow! While they do not have a full bar here, they do have a nice beer and wine selection.

Mawadda Cafe is a fantastic eatery that is solidly in the vein of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean food. They do have some Italian surprises on the menu as well, and though they're quite tasty, we can't pull ourselves away from the Mediterranean treats! The Greek fries are such a nice way to start off your meal, sharing an order with your Party Bus Seattle group. The falafel gyro is a great choice for lunch, and we absolutely adore the spicy chicken shawarma for dinner. Don't skimp on the tzatziki sauce or the garlic sauce! You'll want to spread it on everything!

Union Bar has been a haven for so many of our Brighton area Party Bus Seattle customers over the years. It has that traditional American pub vibe that makes you just want to hang out all night long. The fried pickles with ranch are a nice way to get your appetite going, and then it's time to dive into some amazingly thick and juicy hamburgers! They have a really excellent selection of beer, liquor, and cider here. We definitely recommend stopping in on a Wednesday night if you're a trivia buff! Show off your skills and make some new friends. Good times!

Hoang Lan is our final recommendation for the Brighton area, and this Party Bus Seattle favorite is all about tasty Vietnamese food. There's not a lot of space here, so you'll want to call ahead to see about accommodations or just order take-out to enjoy in your party bus! You wouldn't be the first! The banh bot loc is absolutely amazing and oh-so-tempting. You will not be able to stop after just one bite. The bun bo hue is a very special treat too. There's no alcohol here, but your party bus is well stocked, right? Only open 9-7 daily, so arrive early for dinner!
